Another great tip thanks to Penny of Denton drapes. I looked at her blog the other day about dressing pinch pleat curtains. Before sewing in the pleats, you put a pin at the hem where the centre of pleat is, and when you dress the curtains you can easily follow the fold down, It makes it so quick and easy if there is no pattern to go by. Thank you so much Penny. Perhaps everyone has been doing this for years, but I have never thought of it before and have spent so much time in the past trying to find why there is a great big fold at the back of the curtain and a little one next to it!
